Account and Email Privacy

Gao Intelligence · Updated 2 November 2026

This notice explains the account-recovery email service and its use of Google authorization.

Information used

The service uses an account email address, username, password hash, login sessions, and temporary password-recovery records. Recovery requests include delivery times and attempt counters to limit abuse. Passwords and verification codes are not intentionally written to application logs. Recovery codes are stored as salted digests and expire after ten minutes.

Google email authorization

The operator authorizes a designated Gmail account to send account-recovery messages through the Gmail API. The requested Google permission is gmail.send. This service does not request permission to read the operator’s inbox, read other messages, or delete mail. Website users do not need to grant access to their Gmail accounts to receive a recovery code.

Each recovery message is sent through Google to the requested eligible account email address. Google processes the message and its recipient information to deliver it. Sender OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are held in protected server configuration and are not included in AI prompts, public source code, or recovery emails. This Gmail integration is used to deliver account messages, not advertising or AI training.

Project information

Projects, uploaded documents and saved reports are associated with account and project identifiers. Renaming an account does not transfer ownership. Password-recovery emails do not include customer project documents or reports. The email service does not use AI analysis or AI tokens.

Security and retention

Recovery codes can be used once and are subject to attempt and sending limits. A successful password reset revokes existing server-side login sessions. Account and project records are retained to provide the service; protected operational backups may also contain these records. This notice does not promise immediate removal from every backup.

Contact and control

To ask about this service, request account or project deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact nathan.gao77@gmail.com. The sender can revoke the application’s Google access in Google Account settings. Revoking it prevents recovery emails until authorization is restored.
